The project proposed anticipates the building of a five-storey apartment building with broken symmetry 150 metres away from the beach, on the front line of the housing estate in the small town of Kranevo, situated between the well-known resorts of Golden Sands and Albena. Each apartment has its own parking space; there is a possibility of bringing thermal mineral water from a natural hot spring, rising in the immediate vicinity.
The attraction of this project lies in the original architectural design of the complex, as well as the fact that the town of Kranevo, built in traditional Bulgarian style, has one of the best beach strips in Bulgaria and is on the road between famous Bulgarian resorts.
